FAQ
A asks, How can I check the energy density of a cell volume?
Answer: If the Li-ion cell is an INR18650 3.6V-2200mAh type, its calculation formula is 3.6 x 2.2 ÷ (0.9 x 0.9 x 3.14 x 6.5 ÷1000) = 480Wh.L

B asks, How can I check the quality of cells?
Answer: 1) The Li-ion cells have passed testing by Separator. 2) The quality has been tested and approved by the Electronic Testing Machine System.

C asks, How to inspect the Battery Pack?
Answer: The Battery Pack must be repeatedly charged and discharged by an Aging machine.

D asks, How to check for a sample?
Answer: Random inspection is conducted using a testing machine. (Testing items include battery voltage, capacity, and data information).

E asks, How should the battery be stored?
Answer: The battery should be stored with a charge level of 70%~75%.
How can the batteries be protected?
1. Keep the battery charged at around 65% when storing for a long time.
2. Avoid fully charging or discharging the battery and keep it charged at around 65%.
3. Do not store with metals; it is best to use a battery case.
4. Store the battery in a cool, dry environment with temperatures between 15°C and 25°C and humidity between 45% and 70%, avoiding temperatures above 90°F (32°C).
How to ship the batteries?
1. Li-ion batteries must undergo security testing using a Security machine.
2. Li-ion batteries have obtained the MSDS & UN38.3 Certificate.
3. The batteries should be packaged in individual boxes, with no more than 10kg per carton.
4. If the batteries exceed 100 watts, please ensure they are packaged in UN-approved boxes before shipment.
My questions?
My questions are:
Why won't the battery charge?
Why isn't the battery compatible with my machine?
